Have a small bump below skin (pea size, gets bigger when I bend back). The area has a black and blue mark above thebump hurts now and then. What is it?

If they are little blisters, and your skin feels tingly, go see a doctor right away for anti-viral medicine, which has to be started within 48 hrs of seeing the shingles rash. Or 2) Sebaceous cysts.
