I have a slight burning sensation after I urinate. Can it be hiv?

No: This may be due to spicy food (especially those hot little peppers) or to an infectious urethritis. This isn't how HIV announces itself.

Once or twice a month I get burning sensation while urination along with slight drip at end. I have to clean again. Is it linked to my hypertension?

No: It's definitely not due to your hypertension. Burning with urination and a drip can be cause by urethral infections, including sexually transmitted infections., though the symptoms would usually persist and wouldn't just come and go once or twice a month.

Is it possible to get two false negative chalmdyia PCR urine tests in a row? Still having mild burning sensation when peeing

Is it possible to get two false negative chalmdyia PCR urine tests in a row? Still having mild burning sensation when peeing

Possible: All tests have a false negative rate. However, if the tests are done properly then it's unlikely they are both false negative. It's more likely that you do not have Chlamydia. It appears more likely you may have a urinary tract infection given your dysuria. You doctor should do a urine culture and consider prophylactic treatment for uti in the interim given that you are symptomatic.

After I had intercourse with hubby I noticed slight fresh blood and burning sensation and urge to urinate. What might be the cause?

After I had intercourse with hubby I noticed slight fresh blood and burning sensation and urge to urinate. What might be the cause?

Possible infection: It sounds like you might have a vaginal infection and possibly a urinary tract infection. Blood after intercourse may be a sign of a vaginal infection. Infections of the vagina or natural bacteria from the vagina can move upwards to your urethra and into the bladder giving you a bladder infection. This is often called post-coital uti. See your family doctor or gyn for a swab and urine eval.

UTI: A UTI (urinary tract infection) can include frequency, burning, foul odor, lower abdominal pain, or fatigue. I would advise you to go to see a medical provider and have your urine undergo a urinalysis.

Slight burning sensation in penis which goes after peeing, no cloudy urine, no foul smelling urine, frequemt urination 8 times a day. I'm virgin teen male?

This sounds like: Either a urinary tract infection or irritation of the urethra (the tube that brings the urine to the outside). This could be from masturbation or tight clothing or biking. Please see your doctor so that you can get tested for a urinary tract infection. Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids and avoid irritating activities while the symptoms are present.

Bleeding from vaginal hole, while having burning sensation from pee hole, & slight cramps. Hurts to urinate, is it a UTI?

Bleeding from vaginal hole, while having burning sensation from pee hole, & slight cramps. Hurts to urinate, is it a UTI?

STD? PID?: Urinary tract infections don't cause vaginal bleeding or cramps. Depending on your age and STD risks, I would be worried about an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, which might be progressing to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, i.e. fallopian tube infection). Whatever the cause, these symptoms require prompt medical attention. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck!

Bladder infection: You may have a urinary tract infection. These are common and often present with burning in the urine. You probably need a urinalysis and antibiotics.

Symptoms:feels like urine leaking, but not, always burning sensation in the pubic bone and penis, mild burning sensation while urinating?

Talk with doctors...: Your available information indicates you have already received substantial evaluation and rx. So, it would be advisable to continue the communication and discussion with your existing doctor for further care. But for the time being, I advise behavioral modification in watching what you drink and eat, voiding regularly, gentle urethral milking after each voiding to clear urine... Best wishes...
