Might be normal issu: Random palpitations can be a normal issue if they happen from time to time or if you are taking in stimulants like coffee, alcohol, tobacco or over-the-counter medications such as pseudoephedrine, which is found in cold preparations and some herbal medications, including ma huang. Not eating breakfast just yogurt and coffee, eating lunch at 1230, getting a faster heartbeat after like 110-120. Why?

Hard to say: Hard to say as i suspect you ate several different things while at the restaurant. The fairly rapid onset could also mean food poisoning. And you might have just coincidentally been going to come down with something. I feel sleepy after meal when i sit in classes. I eat carbs and protein. I do breakfast, sleep 6-7 hrs, 1 hour training a day. Why do I feel sleepy?
How come I am more hungry mid-morning after eating breakfast rather then mid-morning when I don't eat breakfast? It makes no sense to me
Sugar dropping: If your breakfast is high in carbs and doesn't contain any protein or fat, your sugar level goes up, your body responds by releasing Insulin and then your sugar drops. It's all gone in 2-3 hours. Make sure you have protein and some fat in your breakfast too.
