Depends: That sounds excessive but might be ok. I can't really tell without knowing what kind of sleeping pill you took. If it is an over-the-counter agent, most of those have Diphenhydramine as the active ingredient, and the usual dose is 25 mg. 11 of those over 5 days would mean 50 or 75 mg of Diphenhydramine nightly.
