Habit or problem: Some kids can become habit drinkers & their kidney responds to by making dilute urine an abrupt stoppage would be unwise as the could dehydrate. Gradual decline in intake (quit filling the cup to the top) can result in less intake & more concentrated urine. If the kid gets up at night to drink a lot, a fluid hormone pbm may exist. Get a physical exam: Bags under the eyes at your age is unusual when you are getting adequate sleep. Keep the vitamin E away from the eyes. Do you have allergies? This can cause it. There are more serious causes so I would recommend you have a general physical exam. Be sure to tell the doctor about the baggy eyelids. ...Read more
