PCP can refer.: If he had been diagnosed with adhd, his symptoms are fairly common. If he is on medications for this , amphetamine salts, his sleep will also normalize. Was he tested for this? Having a plan helps. Many people can't sleep but are drowsy all day. Consolidating that sleep is important. I find that if I take pseudoephedrine once a day before bedtime, I sleep better and wake up feeling more rested. I have no side effects I am aware of. Is this safe to do long term. I do not have any health problems and normal blood pressure. I am 56.
