Headaches: I suspect muscle contraction tension headaches which are often dull and occurring daily. Accompanying nausea isn't unusual. Chronic fatigue is frequently due to chronic tension. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate your headaches. If they are tension headaches, I believe that stress management therapy would be very helpful for you.
