Sleep Exhaustion Symptoms
Ever since symptoms of my undifferent connective tissue disease started, i get indescribable exhaustion very easily despite good sleep & normal labs. Why?
Inability to sleep properly. Eating makes me feel a bit nauseous. Head and muscles feel weak and heavy. Could this be symptoms of exhaustion?

You need diagnosis.: You seem to have at least one (possible more) medical condition that needs further evaluation and treatment. Diabetes mellitus can make you feel tired and thirsty; it can cause pain and throw off your body clock to boot. See your neurologist.: These symptoms are not psychiatric. They are neurologic in nature and likely coming from your seizure disorder. It's also possible that it could be a side effect of your medications either directly or indirectly through a vitamin deficiency. Do not change any of your medications obviously without discussing things with your neurologist and your psychiatrist. You should always alert both of your physicians when new symptoms emerge. Is it normal after a long work day to sleep 10-12+ hrs? How do you know if you reached the point of exhaustion?
Exhaustion and sleep: Not unusual to want to sleep more after an exhausting and stressful day. Just be aware that allowing this type of sleep behavior too often can actually cause more fatigue and disrupt your overall sleep. Cause of brief episodes of extreme exhaustion? Often nod off for 10-20 minutes and then feel much better. Drool during episodes. Sleep well at nite.
