Buckwheat pillow: can help. Like a bean bag chair it holds its shape better than a chiropractic pillow. Plus moisture cause the buckwheat to deform creating air channels. This keeps the pillow nice and cool. I used one when I hurt my neck playing volley ball. The downside is they are quite heavy. Worth a shot: The first question is where are you getting all of this information? Have you had an mri? It would be very uncommon to have a cervical kyphosis. Chiro treatments can be very effective, but just be weary of the hard sell. I would not recommend more than 6 treatments if you are not seeing any benefits.
