Yes: I've seen kids misdiagnosed as ADHD, when in fact they had sleep apnea. In children when they are sleep deprived, they often will "push through it", resembling an ADHD-type picture. Does he have large tonsils? Since he snores, and is sleep talking (could be a sign of sleep deprivation and high stage III pressure) I would recommend a sleep study to evaluate for possible OSA.
