This is NOT a good: situation. Subjecting your body to the side effects and possible harms of higher dose progesterone when you didn't even have intercourse is a really unwise choice. You are not pregnant. Since you are clearly contemplating having intercourse, PLEASE begin using reliable contraception (and condoms for STI protection) IMMEDIATELY. Dipping: Tobacco raises the risk of cancer even if not smoked. The location can change from the lungs to the jaw if one develops it and is a dipper. Please have your doc look at the location where the bumps were and consider other ways to relax that are not dangerous.
