I get dry skin and rashes on my lower legs. Tried moisturizers but none of them seem to work. What could that be?
Skin rash lower leg itching and like pimples in small area and also up calf. But spread out - more on one leg than other?

It is very difficult to say exactly what it can be for sure without looking at the rash. But from description it seems you have some kind of contact dermatitis of allergic type as it is only limited to one leg.

Dry skin?: Depending on where you live and time of year, winter itch or dry skin can be a problem. Applying moisturizer several times a day may be helpful. If no improvement after a week, see your doctor for evaluation. Could also be a sign of allergy even with no rash. OTC antihistamine may help.
