I've heard vitamin C helps with preventing wrinkles and skin aging. Does this mean topical vitamin C products, or taking vitamin C internally?
Possible but unlikel: If you are taking whopping doses which many people do, quite foolishly, then it is possible to have an adverse cutaneous reaction. SPF 30 and SPF 25: Both the bioderma moisturizer and la roche posay powder are effective sunscreen. May need to reapply products if out in sun for multiple hours.
