My husband has developed really bad itchy rash all over his skin. It first started on the legs, spread to the sides of his groin n is spreading evrywhr?

Ring worm: The Rash is either numular eczema or ring worm. You can try to treat ring worm by using an OTC ointment for fungi and yeast. Tinactin (tolnaftate) or lotrmin are examples.
