Normal insect bites shouldn't scar unless scratched open if this is a problem too try putting some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream on and covering with band aid. Rash: This rash could be hives or irritation from shaving (most common), when from shaving it is usually when you use a razor with more than 2 blades and try to get a close shave.
