Skin Rash After Scratching
I have very itchy skin and a rash appears after scratching. My doctor prescribed 1% steroid cream but it has no affect on the itchiness at all.

Need to see it.: It is always difficult to try to diagnose a rash without being able to actually see it. I would advise you have your pediatrician look at this. Some possiblities are that he is actually scratching (usually at night) when you are not observing him. How old is he? Where are the marks? Eczema: Chronic itchy skin rash at night is certainly possible to be eczema.
