Need ABG....: you need to get an arterial blood gas test (ABG) to see what your oxygen level is. There are many factors that could render a pulse ox test inaccurate. The thing you: Need to do is get her in to an ob/gyn. She needs an endometrial biopsy or ultrasound to rule out uterine cancer. Its not methadone: She may have any of a number of health problems. The most common are hepatitis c, hepatitis b and HIV (aids). She may also be using other drugs, particularly methamphetamine, which can cause many problems. Or, it may be totally unrelated. Pale grey skin..: ...suggests a lack of oxygenated blood. Skin which is getting a good blood supply is nice and pink. This requires immediate medical attention. About purging? yes: Stool isn't the real concern. It's purging. Sounds like you're trying to battle bulimia, which is commendable. Make sure you're battling w/all tools available.
