My skin on leg is sensitive to the touch what could that be? No rash or marks just very sensitive and hurts to touch
Very oily skin no matter how much washed. Painful itchy skin. Rash on back face neck scalp. Skin hurts. New soap. Reaction maybe?

Irritated Nerve: Some nerves in the face and neck can become irritated or pinched as the come out of the brain. These nerves include the trigeminal and facial nerve. The skin on bottom inner lower right arm feels extremely sensitive/tender to touch. It only hurts it something light rubs against it, there's no rash.
