Irritated Nerve: Some nerves in the face and neck can become irritated or pinched as the come out of the brain. These nerves include the trigeminal and facial nerve. Sounds like: A pinched nerve in your neck at the C-1-C3 levels.
A cervical collar may be helpful (this can be purchased in most Pharmacies) You also need a "hands on" visit to your Medical Professional for a neurologic exam and possible Cervical Spine MRI...Hope this is helpful!
