May just be dry: Try applying an over the counter voice to moisturizer in either a cream or ointment former and see if that helps.
How to get rid of itchy (mornings, evenings) little red dots on my feet? On parts with them skin is peeling off. They come at winter, disappear at summ.
To start with...: The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Socks should be a synthetic material like those manufactured by thorlo [http://www. Thorlo. Com/]. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well. Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist.See 1 more doctor answer
Could be fungus: It does not have to itch.Get a more detailed answer ›
Why is the skin on the bottom of my feet peeling? It doesn't hurt or itch or anything, it just peels.
PEELING FEET: HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD IT? WHILE RARE IN WOMEN, IT COULD BE ATHLETES FOOT. ALSO CONSIDER A CONTACT DERMATITIS FROM FOOTWEAR, WALKING AROUND BAREFOOT, ETC. APPLY A COMMON OVER THE COUNTER ATHLETES FOOT REMEDY TO ONE FOOT FOR ABOUT TEN DAYS AND SEE IF IT GETS ANY BETTER. THEN WE MAY KNOW MORE.
Determine the cause: Could be athletes foot, could be dry skin etc. Athletes foot often has a pattern, if you look closely there may be scaling or peeling but with small circles where the center is missing. If you have athletes foot and are not improving after 2 weeks of an antifungal cream, it may not be fungus and you should consider another diagnosis or have fungus ruled out. (a doctor can test samples of the skin.
Dry feet and hands: One hand and two foot syndrome is fungus that results in dryness of both soles and usually the dominant hand palm. Treatment with amlactin cream and Lamisil (terbinafine) cream is often effective. Drynesss can be treated with amlactin cream. Allergy is possible, but less likely to affect both hands and feet.
My heels/side of my feet are a really really dark color I scrape & peel off the dead skin/callous nothing works it started since I been wearing hills.
Wearing high heels: If wearing shoes, especially womens dress heels barefooted, you can create a lot of friction from motion of feet in shoes. If you wear hosiery it will likely help. Also, daily footcare using exfoliating creams/soaps/lotions and/or pumice stonehi can help remove surface layers of builtup callus and keep skin soft and more elastic.See 2 more doctor answers
Itchy feet: Dry and itchy scaly feet is usually caused by a fungus and is most likely athletes foot. You need to purchase an over-the-counter antifungal medication and apply to your feet on a daily basis for proximally 3 to 4 weeks. If your symptoms do not resolve you may need a prescription antifungal cream. See a podiatrist for further evaluation.
Why is my skin different over various places on my body after having surgery. My face is peeling and rough, my feet have a thick dry toughness to them?
Skin: The skin on the bottom of your feet is the thickest layer of skin on the body. It is possible that after surgery you were unable to bathe as you usually do. This results in a buildup of dead skin on the feet. This could be happening elsewhere also. See your surgeon and dermatologist for concerns.See 1 more doctor answer

The skin under my second toe is peeling off and bleeding. I have to use a powder to keep my feet from stinking and I think that is the problem??
Not the powder: Powder does not treat stinking feet. It sounds like you have a moisture/ fungal problem. Stinking feet are primarily caused by excessive sweating and not cleaning and drying them well. The excessive moisture has lead to inter digital maceration with a secondary fungal infection. This can also now lead to a bacterial infection if not treated properly. At this point seek medical treatment ASAP.
It could be fungus: It could be a form of eczema.,,,,

Can chemical peel cause severe irritations of sensitive skin? My skin is very sensitive to various skin care products and environmental factors. I would like to have a chemical peel of my feet and buttocks to rejuvenate my skin and make it smoother. How c
Yes: If you are sensitive to the ingredients in the peel, there is a potential for severe reactions. A skin test on an inconspicuous area should be done before doing the peel on your entire face. Other options are crystal free microdermabrasions, ipls or laser treatments since no chemicals are used.See 1 more doctor answer
