Candida: if truly candida infection (yeast) antibiotics will not help. Antifungal will. clotrimazole, ketoconazole, ciclopirox. Please review diagnosis with your treating provider. If it is truly a candida infection, antibiotics won't help unless there is a bacterial infection present with the candida infection. Hard to say: Hard to say much without more detailed history and a photo. If you think it looks like ringworm and you don't have a fever or rapidly progressing rash, try an over the counter antifungal for a week. Generic Clotrimasole will work.
