Keratosis pilaris: keratosis pilaris is a benign but pesty skin disease that can be treated in various ways. Sometimes, no treatment at all will work as the rash will disappear on its own. Moisturizer like eucerin or lubriderm applied daily can work. I personally prescribe lactic acid lotions which works nicely ...Read more

No cure but can help: There is no cure for kp, but there are things that can help. Use only a mild non-drying soap like dove and minimize even this in the areas. Do not use an abrasive or loufa on the areas. Use a moisturizer with Lactic Acid like lacticare lotion regularly.
