Can a rheumatologic disease cause inflammation/swelling of lower portion of calf with chicken like skin and lack of leg hair isolated to the swelling?
Possibly: I don't know what disease you might have and what test have been done. I do not know if it is one leg or both. I presuem the test showed that you didn't have a blood clot. it is hard to speculate what is going on.
