Yes and no: Here is a link to a chart of the crown rump length averages: http://www.Babycenter.Com/average-fetal-length-weight-chart as you can see, the crl can double about every 2 weeks. But this doesn't mean the u/s measurement can be off by 2 weeks. The error of the u/s measurement depends on when the u/s is done.
