I've had what I think is hemorrhoids for over 2 years and have tried gels and sitz baths as well as avoiding the itching when I can. What should I do?

IF the : Hemorrhoid is thrombosed it will have a dark purple color to it and be very firm to the touch. The best time to do somethiong for this is with 72 hrs of onset.
