Lets review your que: How long have you had the lump on your neck? Is it tender? Has it enlarged?
Do you have a headache? is it similar to your migraines? Neck pain can cause a headache. I am not sure the vomiting is related to the lump. Is the vomiting a few episodes or a lot? And diarrhea? abdominal pain/fever/sorethroat/myalgias?
