Sprain/strain: It is unlikely that your sinus infection and the low back pain are connected...except indirectly that if you feel bad/sick because of the infection, your tolerance for dealing with the low back pain will be diminished. Needs treatment: Have you been on antibiotics yet? If it feels like there are problems with your chest, i would get checked out to make sure it's not more that just the sinuses. Maybe it is bronchitis or a viral chest infection (cold). ...Read more

You are right.: Call the doctor and ask to be seen or at least if they can treat you again. Sometimes is necessary to be treated for two weeks at least. Ask the opinion of your primary care or ENT about how to treat best. If you are smoking this will make it worse. ...Read more

Trichimonas sinus : It is not out of the realm of possibility that a vaginal bacteria could potentially infect a non vaginal site. For a bacteria to grow it needs a warm site and the sinus could be that site. As long as you treat it with the appropriate antibiotic that it clears the infection. I see no problem. May also be due to mycoplasma so make sure that is covered( zithromax levaquin), Consider elevating head of bed so reflux does not get to sinus, try astelin, zyrtec -not zyrtec D or any D products or afrin (oxymetazoline) as it will cause rebound rhinitis.Try Vit C as it can shorten viral syndromes. Be seen: It sounds like you still have an infection. It would be reasonable to try a stronger antibiotic, though if you are not taking symptomatic medications like an antihistamine (claritin or zyrtec) and an expectorant like mucinex, (guaifenesin) then you should. ...Read more
