Umcka/ irrigation: This is not exactly a "home remedy" but the herb pellargonium sidoides (sold as umcka) is proven to work well (whereas research shows antibiotics seldom help). This sounds like: "modified" Influenza (the type not "covered" by this years vaccine but some cross immunity from previous Flue Shots! Asthmatic bronchitis appears to be a common complication of this Influenza virus!!
