Had a CT scan show sinus drainage below ears but no where else. Can this be dangerous? Have pressure headaches.

Past 2 days I have a sinus headache, congestion, drainage, and ear " fullness". I have glaucoma, and r/eye is very red, puffy and draining. I am a 100% s/c vet, should I visit emergency ?

If you took certain meds to relieve your sinus symptoms, they can increase the pressure in your eye, given your glaucoma. Ear drainage : Try to pop your ears. Hold your nose down and blow really hard. Your ears should pop. This is called a valsalva maneuver you need to pop your ear 30 to 40 times to equillabrate the pressure. If this does not work try Flonase from your doctor. I've been having a lot of sinus drainage and i've never had a swollen lymph node behind my ear from what i know. Can this cause this to happen?
