This is not normal: Bald spots with white hair growth is usually associated with a condition called alopecia areata. Usually the hair doesn't turn white, but this can definitely happen. Nope - 3 white hairs: Just kidding!!! That's just an old folk tale. Pulling out white hairs does nothing to increase (replacement) number of white hairs.
