I am taking simvastatin + beta blocker in the evening. It was ok, but pravachol 10 mg + 5 mg amlodipine in the eveninggives nausea, fatigue and muscle pain. Any adjustments.?

Fine in combination: Hi. Simvastatin and atenolol are fine to take in combination. Simvastatin works best taken in the evening. It doesn't cause nausea but maybe if she takes it with dinner that might help her. Of course the nausea could be from many things, and she may need to see her doctor for that.
