Lab results ALT 44, AST 50, both are indicated high, what does it mean and what can be done? I take metformin, lisinopril and simvastatin.

Lab results ALT 44, AST 50, both are indicated high, what does it mean and what can be done? I take metformin, lisinopril and simvastatin.
