Simple Vegan Prune Cake
I ate a vegan cake and another time PB cookies with white sugar no gluten and got sick both times with bad cramps and diarrhea. Why? Is it sugar(IBS)
Food intolerance: Milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts && peanuts cause 90 % of food allergic reactions. What you described sounds more like a food intolerance however. Practically everyone responds adversely to some ingestants. In your case, would suggest researching the ingredients in both foods to see what they had in common. If you were to become a total vegan, what is the smallest combination of food items needed to get all the essential vitamins, and fatty & amino acids?
You can't: If you become a non-supplementing vegan, you will ruin your health. Clinicians describe it as so common that there's even a "vegetarian's myelopathy", a disease of the spinal cord from B12 deficiency, with numbness and paralysis of the legs. If you want to be a vegan for moral reasons, you will need to supplement. Anyone telling you otherwise is a huckster. Protect your health. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

800 calorie diet, found out i'm anaemic, the iron pills are making me constipated and i don't want to eat meat because i'm vegan, what should I do?
Injectible iron: You're a grown-up now with some serious health problems including Graves's disease. It is extremely difficult for a vegan to enough iron & several other nutrients, and I would urge you to reconsider your involvement with this diet or at least to find a vegan-friendly physician to guide you. It seems to be costing you your health. Your physician can inject iron but it's unpleasant. Be wise. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Be careful: You will die miserably and slowly if you consume only foods of vegetable origin without supplementing. If you feel morally superior or physically more vigorous as a vegan, do it -- but you will need to supplement. Without carnivores, the surface of the earth would be nothing but a layer of bacteria -- yet I am sickened by the way factory-farmed animals are treated. It's your choice. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Vegan: i don't this eating raw foods will make you better. eating vegan in its own right can be a problem. Are you getting enough nutrients in your diet. Perhaps a bit: A good question without an easy answer. Carnivorous & vegetarian animals have differing anatomy & physiology & it can be argued that humans have more in common with vegetarians, but actually our features are most consistent with omnivores. See http://rense.Com/general20/meant.Htm. But being peaceful may also be against our nature, but that doesn't mean it's a bad idea. Vegan diets can be healthy. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Yes: You have the moral high ground & are watching your diet. The health benefits of any form of vegetarianism have resisted demonstration in the major scientific studies largely because vegetarians tend to have other healthy lifestyle considerations.
