Could be either: Hard to say without doing a pelvic exam and taking a more detailed history, including why you had your right ovary removed. I would suggest seeing your doctor for evaluation if the pain continues. Pelvic ultrasound may be a good idea to see if there is an obvious answer to your pain. Also need to consider whether you are around the time of ovulation (around day 14 of your cycle). Good luck! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Nabothian cyst in cervix, 2.1cm cyst in right ovary. History of uterine polyp.
Pain in left lower abdomen15dys, lower back pain+no period-what is it?
Multiple issues: Nabothian cysts are normal as is (probably) the rt ovarian cyst. The uterine polyp is more worrisome and should be followed (with ultrasound) to make sure it doesn't get bigger. The lack of periods could be related to pregnancy, hormonal imbalances or low body fat/athletic activity. The back pain can certainly come from the pelvic issues or can be the spine itself. Gyn eval 1st then spine eval. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Exophytic cyst in the left adnexa likely arising from left ovary. Where is this located? In the fallopian tube? And can it cause blockage on tubes?
Ovarian/paraovarian: The report suggests that the cyst is likely coming off of the left ovary. Exophytic means that it is not contained entirely within the ovary, so not 100% sure it is arising from the ovary. Paraovarian cysts can also be seen arising in the broad ligament between the uterus and ovary. If this was affecting the tube (which is unlikely) the tube would likely have been dilated and seen on the scan. ...Read more
