Fibroids can: Patients with fibroids often have heavy bleeding and pain and so do patients with adenomyosis. However, in general if you ask patients with symptomatic fibroids which is worse bleeding or pain they usu say bleeding whereas adenomyosis patients usu say the pain. Maybe.: Usually, pop and enteroceles are painless, but if you have a rectocele and tend towards constipation or harder stools at that time of the month, then there may be more pressure in your pelvis/rectum causing pain. The retroverted uterus is also pushing on the rectum and is lower in your pelvis (pop) which may make stool transit more difficult. What does you doctor think? Have you tried a pessary? ...Read more
