Severe pain/vomiting: You may have a slight pain after eating as the intestines move if part of the fatty apron of the stomach is a part of the "fatty hernia, " the pain you are having may not be related to the fatty hernia at all and could be your gall bladder or an ulcer. I recommend that you proceed to the ed if the pain is persistent progressive and intensifies especially if there is any associated redness/ heat. ...Read more
