Sometimes fetal or placental problems can cause an elevated hcg, and again a detailed ultrasound would evaluate this. ...Read more

I'm supposed to be 6w 4d my hCG levels were tested today and in the 70000 is that a sign of molar pregnancy or would thy be higher?

A little high: For 6w 4d, that's a little high. Doesn't necessarily mean you have a molar pregnancy. You could actually be a few days father than 6w 4d. You could also be carrying multiples. Though it's on the high end, it could also be normal. An ultrasound would definitely help you determine, schedule one asap if you're worried. ...Read more
