No Definitive answer: Tough to say. If you ovulated after the abortion, there is always the chance you could get pregnant, but unlikely 4 days after an abortion. My question to you, is why would you have unprotected sex and let someone ejaculate inside you if you do not want to be pregnant? Few, if any risks: The risks to this pregnancy are no different then any conceived pregnancy without the failed abortion attempt. These include genetic malformations or accidents of pregnancy itself. Most abortion MD's see a patient on follow up and when the pills fail perform a surgical abortion. It is not too late at 14 weeks to return to the MD and complete the procedure. ...Read more

Abortion: Not necessarily but You need to see the doctor and get an ultrasound as well as a quantitative beta hcg blood draw to further evaluate. Sometimes depending on how far along you were at time of abortion, it can take a longer time for beta hcg to be cleared. ...Read more
