M22. Coughing and feel sensation of lump in my throat, chest feels tight and congested and feel short of breath sometimes. Anxiety? GERD? Lung cancer?
Cancer is a group of diseases that is characterized by uncontrolled cell growth leading to invasion of surrounding tissues that spread to other parts of the body. Possibly: Lung cancer may spread outside the lung either locally or via blood or lymph channels. A lump on your head may or may not be related but it should be checked by a physician and may need to be biopsied depending on what it looks and feels like.

chronic spasm in upper back, neck, tension or whatever. But diagnosed with lung cancer in 2010 with same issue can this be that again?
NEED MORE INFORMATIO: May be or may be not. Depends on the diagnosis of cause of spasm in 2010. How was the spasm in 2010 resolved? What did the doctor say in 2010 as the cause of spasm? Any x-ray done in 2010 or now? Any injury in 2010 or now? What is the status of lung cancer now -any surgery, any metastases. Where is the exact location of lung cancer - right or left, upper, middle or lower fields?See 1 more doctor answer

I'm a smoker for 15 years I'm 30 years old I have upper back pain on my shoulder blades and neck pain can it be lung cancer?
Sounds muscular, but: I would still see your PCP to discuss cancer screening possibilities, have a full physical, and discuss smoking cessation options. The sooner you quit, the lower your chances of cancer, and the more likely your lungs will return to pre-smoking health! Good luckSee 1 more doctor answer
Had pains and aches that started in my arms, now in my shoulders, back and neck, I'm worried it's bone or lung cancer?
Pain on touch on rt shoulder blade and when I bend my neck ~ 2 months. Chest CT clear, seldom pain in rt shoulder also. Am a smoker, lung cancer?
Not likely: Not likely lung cancer. Sounds like muscle-skeletal pain, ie muscle sprain. If it persists for a few weeks then it warrants a doctor visit. Your ct scan is normal so this is less likely lung cancer. Lung cancer doesn't make you hurt upon touch. Smokers have a 20 fold risk of getting lung cancer. But that risk goes down significantly if they quit for about 5 years.See 2 more doctor answers
When screening for small cell lung cancer how big does a mass seen on a CT should be considered for investigation or benign.
THAT'S the question!: The smaller you make the cutoff, the more false-positives you get. Screening has led to a tremendous increase in cases found, but very little overall reduction in lung cancer mortality. Usually it's adenocarcinomas that we find, not small-cells. You decide what it all means. Best wishes. Https://www. Ncbi. Nlm. Nih. Gov/pubmed/25326638

Chest CT clr in jan, chest pain on touch in ribs symtricly opposite ~4mnths, back pain with bending neck frwrd~10mnths smoker, lung cancer?
Neck/back pain: Lung cancer is unlikely. The symptoms are more likely due to muscle/tendon strain or a disc herniation in the neck or mid back area. Smoking dries out the tissues and can accelerate arthritis. Smoking slows healing from muscle strains and tears too. See a neurosurgeon to evaluate the pain and see your medical doctor to work on a program to quit smoking.See 1 more doctor answer

Deoxygenated blood enters the lungs from the right side of the heart and travels to the lungs. When you inspire, oxygen flows into the lungs, transverses the capilliares and attaches to hemoglobin down a gradient. At the same time, co2 diffuses into the capilaries and is expelled with exhalation. Oxygen rich blood then flows to the left side of the heart and into the ...Read more
