Depends: That my friend is the million dollar question. Sometimes the trauma is great and sometimes very little trauma will cause a bleed. Bleeds are increased with persons that take blood thinners. If you have had no: Head trauma, than you fear a hemorrhagic stroke or an aneurysm? Most likely, if you had either of these, you would not feel it on the outside of your head and you would have neurologic signs ie limb weakness, problems speaking, confusion or any other neuro signs associated with damage.
