Unlikely: Posture is not likely to be the problem. It may be related to hyperacidity, hiatal hernia or other GI problem. Tough: Dysphagia is usually a problem with a neurologic cause. It is difficulty in swallowing to the point the person may aspirate in any of the phases of swallowing.
