No: It sounds like your anxiety attacks have just stopped. This is probably not connected to your heart. At your age and with a normal stress test on your heart and evaluation by cardiologist heart attack is very unlikely. ...Read more

Been having severe panic attacks and anxiety for 8wks. Now my WBC is elevated with no sign of infection. Started ativan (lorazepam). Correlation?

Correlation not caus: certainly there is a correlation, but that doesn't mean they are connected, nor which causes which... I have been diagnosed with anxiety attacks but other than that i feel lightheaded 24/7 is that a sign i may have a brain tumor? So scared please help!

Try to relax ;-): Anxiety is a lot more common than a brain tumor, and anxiety is a better explanation for lightheadedness anyway. Treat your anxiety and see if the lightheadedness goes away — it probably will. You might also be hyperventilating, ie, breathing too much due to anxiety.
