The only ones likely to cause urinary symptoms are gonorrhea and chlamydia, but even these wouldn't cause night time urination as the only symptom. Doubt urethritis: If "inflamed" includes urethral discharge and/or white blood cells, ask the GUM clinic about testing and/or treating for possible Mycoplasma genitalium and trichomonas. If you only have urinary discomfort or a little redness at the opening, with no discharge or increased WBC, probably you have no infection at all.
