Deserves evaluation: Some conditions can't be readily diagnosed online. There are many possible causes, such as chondromalacia or a torn meniscus. I do want to esp. Comment on your saying "not lyme." lyme is surprisingly common. The standard elisa screening test misses at least half the cases & even the standard western blot gives many false negatives so you could have lyme even if your test was negative.
