Signs And Symptoms Of Increased Bun Creatinine
What the causes of elevated creatinine with normal urea?and causes of increase urea with normal creatinine?
Homework?: This is more than we can handle in 400 words, you know reference ranges are set so several % of healthies fall outside, that all well-muscled men have "high creatinine" and that labs mean nothing apart from people. This said, (1) healthy bodybuilder, people on Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) or Tagamet, others; (2) dehydration, after big steak dinner. Try to understand the basic biology instead of just lists. ...Read more

What diseases could be related with low urinary output, when creatinine, BUN and urine analysis including proteins and clearance are normal? Many thank
Be more specific?: Something's wrong here. Urinary output parallels fluid intake from all sources. If you drink more water, and your kidney function is reasonably normal, you pee more. If you're not drinking much, and it's a hot day and you're sweating, your urine output will be lower than some reference range. Generally, don't try to diagnose yourself or other with labs without sharing a clinical history. ...Read more

Now have low bun/creatine level
and GFR of 58. Urine and all other lab's normal.
Both kappa lambda out of range in urine but ratio normal in urine and blood. Renal failure and anemia but no calcium or bone lesion. Diabetic. Steps?
Varies: Assuming a true high cardiac output syndrome, patients may feel flushed with a fast heart rate. Most are transient situations, but some illnesses and conditions may cause a sustained high output state, e.g., hyperthyroidism, anemia, arterio-venous malformations (congenital or acquired low resistance connections between arteries and veins), or disease like paget's. Requires confirmation by doctor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Many possibilities: An elevated WBC is typically seen when you have an infection. It is not directly related to having diabetes, but diabetics are more prone to getting infections, such as urinary infections. You should see your doctor about. ...Read more
