No diet change: If you do have hashimoto thyroiditis, no diet change will help, as it is an autoimmune problem. No diet change with any thyroid problem except for those that are associated with iodine deficiency is needed. ...Read more

I think I have a goiter and also have lots of symptoms of hypo. Can hypo symptoms come and go some days I feel better others I can barely function.
