Go see your doctor: By "stitch", i assume you mean pain, not suture material. Based on that little bit of information, i'd be just shooting in the dark giving you a list of possibilities. Best thing to do is to go see your doctor if it persists or gets worse. You might have anything ranging from pulled muscle to kidney stone to kidney infection to shingles to who knows what.
