Can there be scarring or other permanent side effects from a chemical peel? I have extremely sensitive skin. Is there a type of peel I should use?
Is peeling good for a temperory solution, until resolving your acne problem, and what are the side effects of peeling?

Salicylic acid or glycolic acid for acne
are used for minor "peels" and often used as "adjuvants" for treating acne. However, not convinced that either alone are any more beneficial than the other. Dermatitis: (skin rash) has been reported occasionally in patients using topical Vitamin E. You should stop using the soap if it is irritating your skin. Some soaps can be very harsh and remove the oils and this too can cause peeling.
