I wanted to know are protein shakes necessary to consume? And what are the side effects? I don't want to risk my health and don't know, should I consume?
Eat Healthy: If you eat 3 square meals of balanced diet daily you will not need supplements like protein shakes etc. There is ample amount of protein in Milk, meats, fish, eggs and Nuts.
