Sinusitis: Can be acute or chronic, it needs to be diagnosed right and treated appropriately so it won't recurr. I'm not sure of the dosage you received of the co amoxiclav, which is one of the indicated medicines for sinusitis, if the 625 mg dose, it should be 3 /day for 10-14 days in acute sinusitis, several more weeks if you have the chronic type. I know: Of no reasons why not except Mefanamic acid along with other NSAIDS is not of much use in treating pain from a UTI!
