Side Effects Of Chlorine In Water
Not the right: Approach. Water alone accounts for maybe 10% of your weight, and drinking more than normal won't cause you to lose more. Hydration with purified spring water is important, but not the end all. You can have dilute your necessary electrolytes from overdiluting them with too much water. So, be careful! Contact your PCP to work together for a solution is best! You want your electrolytes 2B N balance.
How fast you drink?: It isn't the cinnamon, it's how fast you drink the liter of hot water and how hot the water was. Either too hot or too fast can make you uncomfortable. You should be able to tell.
How much water am I supposed to drink everyday? And what are the side effects of not drinking enough water?
Don't worry: Unless you confine yourself to eating specially prepared dehydrated food, like the foods that astronauts and mountaineers eat, all foods have water in them. Cucumbers are 95% water. Your body will tell you when you are running dry. You won't be urinating much, your mouth will be dry and parched and will feel very thirsty!
I just started Marvelon. Any side effects and also what is the best time to take it? I just started taking it at night with some water? Is that ok?
Anytime works: As long as you take them as prescribed and follow the arrows on your package insert, day/night/evening doesn’t really matter. Oral Contraceptive, like any medication, have some side & adverse effects. Your pharmacist or prescribing doctor should have discussed them with you. Common ones include Break-through bleeding, Breast tenderness or discharge, bloating, nausea, weight change, headache etcSee 2 more doctor answers
What would be d side effects or up coming health issues if a person starts taking 1 tablespoon of salt in a small cup of water daily 1 tablespoon??
Depends. ..: If you have normal kidneys after you have absorbed that much salt your kidneys will just filter it out of your blood and you will pee it out. On the other hand if your kidneys are abnormal you will not be able to get rid of the excess salt load and you will start retaining water to dilute the concentration of salt and your B/P will rise and all sorts of havoc will ensue. Don't do it!
More restroom time: Other than a marked increase in awareness of where restrooms are located after taking lasix, (furosemide) the biggest side effect profile to monitor would be that if the medication works too well, you may urinate out too much of your electrolytes, and result in a low potassium level. Also, too much diuresis may result in alteration of your kidney function. This is why periodic lab monitoring is important.
No: The pH in you stomach is about 1.5. You have hydrochloric acid in your stomach secreted by the parietal cells which destroy most microbes that you might swallow on food. It will raise the pH slightly for a short time and then as more HCl is secreted into the stomach the pH drops again.
No and No: A normal, healthy person can drink water at anytime of day, with no problems at all.
Myths: The only thing drinking baking soda and water will do is to diminish temporarily the acid in the stomach. There is no other health benefit and no 'cleansing of your system'.
Is not drinking water for a day or two really not good? What are its side effects? Both inside and out. Thank you very much :)
Not good.: Body needs water to carry out basic physiologic processes and excrete waste. Kidneys must excrete about 1 liters per day in the average human. If you do not replace this (and a little extra) you will become progressively dehydrated developing constipation, cotton mouth, headache and disorientation. If this is prolonged you will develop irreversible kidney failure.
Potentially - yes: Water alone injected as an enema can be absorbed by the baby and dilute the balance of the blood. If enough water is absorbed, the baby can have seizures when this balance crosses a critical level. Small amounts (ounce or two) are unlikely to cause a problem, but I never recommend them.See 2 more doctor answers
Dry skin: Hot water removes oil and results in itchy dry skin. Better to use warm water and less soap.
Hydrogen Peroxide: Kills normal tissue and would not recommend using it.
Safe & wholesome: If you believed everything you read about the benefits of lemon water -- especially sites that suggest there's a magic to adding lemon or honey over simply drinking enough water in an era when our food tends to be overly salty -- you'd be reading uncritically. If you enjoy it by all means do it. If you have health issues, use this only as an adjunct in an evidence-based program with your dr.See 1 more doctor answer
None: Drinking water is great as long as it's not excessive. This is not excessive. No side effects.
